About Arlene

I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker with 5 years of experience working with diverse populations and treating diagnoses including depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy to explore current challenges while creating a new foundation encouraging growth, healing, and self-confidence.

If any of this speaks to your current situation, I encourage you to reach out! Together, we will explore how we can build a new path towards healing and growth.
