About Anthony
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who has worked extensively with adolescents and adults who have struggled with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those in the foster system, juvenile justice system, various socioeconomic backgrounds, and different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I have 12 years of experience in the mental health field.
I completed my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at California State University, Dominguez Hills, and a Master of Science in Student Development in Higher Education at California State University, Long Beach. My goal is to help clients build a positive relationship.I provide a safe space where clients feel heard and supported without judgment.
I help clients feel like their best selves by being empathic and understanding. I also believe laughter is important for wellbeing. If you're looking for a therapist who creates a relaxed, supportive space where you can feel your best, I'm here to support you on your journey. We all face obstacles, and sometimes we need extra support to overcome them.

"As one who has had many years of experience working with a diverse population, I am able to understand the obstacles clients are experiencing."
