About Victoria

I'm an LPC with 8 years of behavioral health experience. My main goal is to help clients find relief and growth in a safe, open, and supportive environment. I work extensively with children and adults, specializing in anxiety, depression, DMDD, adjustment disorders, and trauma. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I provide practical tools to help you understand thought patterns and build healthy coping skills. Whether your child struggles with emotional regulation or you are navigating a difficult transition, we will work collaboratively toward healing.

In my practice, I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Working together, you can expect to focus on adjusting your thoughts to improve your behaviors and emotions, while honestly exploring the reality of your choices in a supportive environment. No matter what challenges you or your child are facing, you do not have to carry them alone. Taking the first step can be hard, but I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and support. Please reach out today; let's start building your path to healing together.

Get to know Victoria

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

I decided to become a counselor at 15 when I realized my passion was helping others. Having seen how mental illness impacted those around me, I knew this was my calling. My goal is to provide the support and tools individuals need to achieve what they cannot do alone.

What types of clients do you work best with?

I work best with adults, children, and families who want a collaborative partner in their mental health journey. You don't have to have all the answers right now. If you or your child are simply open to understanding your emotions, exploring your choices, and working together to achieve your goals, we will be a wonderful fit.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

I wish everyone knew that therapy is not about someone sitting there to judge you, tell you you’re wrong, or be unkind. It is simply a safe, open space where you can freely discuss what is going on in your life and talk about whatever you feel you need to discuss.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

In our initial sessions, we will focus on getting to know you, your history, and your unique needs. I believe you are the expert on your own life, so you will guide our sessions where they need to go. My role is to listen deeply while providing professional tools and assistance to help you actively achieve your goals.

What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?

My own life experiences and deep understanding of trauma and emotional navigation have rounded out my practice as a therapist. I value independence, kindness, and honesty, which I proudly model in my practice every single day.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

I tailor my approach by meeting every client exactly where they are. You will guide the goals we set together, while I provide gentle steering and guidance to keep us moving forward. Your emotional safety is my priority; I always ensure you are comfortable with our topics and fully able to manage the pace of our sessions.
