I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology and experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other challenges that can feel overwhelming. I work with clients who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their coping skills, improve their relationships, and create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, meeting you where you are while helping you move toward the life you want.
I use evidence based approaches like CBT, DBT skills, motivational interviewing, and solution focused techniques to help clients build insight and practical coping skills. I tailor therapy to each person's needs and provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for growth and healing.
You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whatever brings you to therapy, you deserve a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. When you're ready, I'm here to take the next step with you.

"I believe therapy should be a safe, judgment free space where you can feel heard, understand yourself more deeply, and develop practical tools to create meaningful change."
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I decided to become a counselor because I wanted to do work that felt meaningful. I've always had a genuine interest in understanding people and what shapes the way they think, feel, and respond to life. Counseling gave me the opportunity to turn that interest into something where I could actually help people. I value being able to create a space where someone feels heard and supported while helping them find their own path forward.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I enjoy working with clients who are ready to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I value working collaboratively with clients and meeting them where they are without judgment.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Healing isn't always linear. Having difficult days or experiencing setbacks doesn't mean you have failed or that therapy isn't working.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
Clients can expect a welcoming, judgment free space where we begin getting to know one another and discussing what brought them to therapy. We'll explore their concerns, goals, strengths, and what they hope to gain from counseling. We will focus on building rapport, developing a treatment plan together, and identifying practical tools that can support them between sessions.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
I believe therapy should be collaborative and I strive to empower clients to recognize their strengths and become active participants in their own healing.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I take the time to understand each client's experiences, values, culture, strengths, goals, and current challenges, and I adjust my approach accordingly. Techniques that I use is based on the client's needs, pace, and readiness for change.
