About LeTerrica
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 9 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and family conflict. I specialize in marriage and family dynamics, helping clients strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and foster healthier connections in their personal and relational lives. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based, systemic approaches that consider the impact of family patterns and relational systems.
I earned my doctorate in marriage and family therapy from Amridge University. I utilize solution-focused, emotionally focused, and strength-based therapies to help clients identify patterns, build insight, and create meaningful change.
Seeking support can feel vulnerable, but you do not have to navigate it alone. I strive to create a collaborative, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered. Together, we will develop practical tools and strategies to help you strengthen your relationships and move forward with clarity and confidence.

"I value holistic healing and partner with clients to address emotional wounds, strengthen resilience, and foster lasting change."

What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with clients who are seeking a safe, supportive space to process emotional challenges and make meaningful progress at their own pace.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Therapy is a collaborative process, and meaningful change happens through consistency, patience, and self-compassion.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive environment focused on understanding their concerns and identifying therapy goals. My work is guided by values of compassion, integrity, and a commitment to meeting clients where they are while supporting meaningful growth and healing.
