About Rachel

I am a licensed professional counselor who works with individuals looking for support, clarity, and a way to move forward. Life can feel overwhelming—especially when past experiences, trauma, anxiety, or stress affect how you see yourself and your future. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we work through those challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct, and I believe therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership. I use a blend of CBT, EMDR, and person-centered therapy to help clients process trauma, understand patterns, and develop practical tools.

In our work together, we will focus on both understanding your experiences and building a clear path forward. I enjoy helping clients recognize their strengths, build confidence, and take manageable steps toward the life they want.

I provide telehealth therapy, offering flexible and accessible support for individuals who are ready to heal, grow, and move forward.

"As a therapist, my personal experiences, combined with work in schools and as a first responder, have deepened my understanding of the profound impact of trauma and stress. This understanding ignites my passion to create a space where others feel seen, supported, and empowered to navigate challenges and move towards healing and growth."
