About Provider

About Tracey

I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 7 years of experience providing care in outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth settings. I support individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, and life transitions. Many of my clients seek clarity, symptom relief, and practical strategies to feel more balanced and in control.

I earned my Master of Science in nursing from Walden University. I provide thoughtful medication management paired with supportive, solution-focused care. My approach emphasizes education, shared decision-making, and realistic goal setting, grounded in evidence-based practice tailored to each person’s needs.

Seeking help takes courage, and you don’t have to navigate this alone. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where we work collaboratively to improve symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and build lasting emotional wellness. When you’re ready, I’m here to support your next steps forward.

Get to know Tracey

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

Becoming a psychiatric provider was not my intended path. Seeing the increasing need for accessible, compassionate care inspired me to advance my nursing career for a greater impact on overall mental life.

What types of clients do you work best with?

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and stages of life. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgemental space where each person feels heard and respected.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

Struggling does not mean you are weak, it means you are human. Asking for help is a courageous step toward healing and growth.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

Your first session is a safe place to share your story. I will complete a psychiatric evaluation and review treatment options, including medication if appropriate.

What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?

Empathy, integrity, meaningful connection and evidence-based care are at the core of my practice.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

I collaborate closely with each client to create a treatment plan that reflects their needs, preferences and comfort level.
