What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
One thing I wish all clients knew about seeking help for mental health is that knowing your exact issues, needs or goals is not a requirement or pre-requisite to be seen. Identifying that you need help is the most important step.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In the first medication management session with me, client can expect a judgment free environment that will enhance participation and establish a trusting relationship.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
Therapy and medication management are tailored to meet client's unique needs but ensuring that all the necessary information is collected and the client's needs are identified. Each client will be seen as an individual and treatment plan will be tailored specifically to the client's needs. One shoe fits all approach will not be use
