Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I chose this path because I have a deep-rooted passion for helping others navigate their mental health challenges and I am committed to making a positive impact on individuals' lives. I am driven by the desire to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness and to advocate for greater awareness and understanding within the community.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
I am excited to work with all clients. I welcome those with who are facing transitional life phases, patients who are motivated for change, patients who are open to integrative approaches, and patients who are advocates for mental health awareness.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
One thing I wish all clients knew is that seeking help for mental health is a courageous and empowering step, and not to be viewed as a sign of weakness.

Does CLINICIAN prescribe medications effective for the treatment of ADHD?
Yes - when clinically appropriate, CLINICIAN may prescribe both non-stimulant (all ages) and stimulant (adults only) medication for the treatment of ADHD.
