Seeking support is a brave step, and you deserve a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and cared for. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood instability, emotional regulation difficulties, and other mental health concerns. Whether you are hoping to feel more like yourself, improve your daily functioning, or find greater peace and stability, you do not have to navigate it alone.
My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative.Depending on your needs, care may include medication management, supportive therapy, practical coping skills, and lifestyle changes. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, and creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can openly share your story.
I know reaching out can feel overwhelming, but meaningful change and healing are possible with the right support. You deserve care that helps you feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout your journey. When you are ready, I invite you to schedule an appointment and take that next step toward feeling better.

"I provide compassionate, honest, and collaborative care that helps each person feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their mental health journey."
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I became a psychiatric provider because mental health care is deeply underserved, and finding the right support can often feel difficult and overwhelming. I wanted to be part of making that process feel more compassionate and personal by providing a safe space where people feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with children, adolescents, and adults who are ready to better understand their mental health, feel more stable, and improve their overall quality of life. I especially enjoy supporting individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood changes, and emotional regulation difficulties.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I wish every client knew that healing is not always a straight path, and progress can look different for everyone. With a holistic approach, we look beyond symptoms and consider the whole person, their emotional, physical, social, and lifestyle needs, to create meaningful and lasting change.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
During your first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free conversation where we take time to understand your concerns, experiences, medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals. Together, we will develop a personalized medication plan, with ongoing follow-up and support as you work toward greater balance and wellbeing.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
Every person’s needs and experiences are different, so I take time to truly listen and understand what matters most to them. Care is thoughtfully adapted to their individual needs while encouraging healing, growth, and lasting emotional well-being.
