About Irine
I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 10 years of experience providing comprehensive mental health care across the lifespan. I support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, insomnia, mood disorders, and challenges related to major life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to work toward emotional stability and meaningful change.
I earned my master’s degree in nursing from Walden University. In my practice, I integrate evidence-based medication management with supportive, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approaches. I emphasize collaboration and education to help clients better understand their symptoms and develop practical strategies for daily life.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and you do not have to navigate this journey alone. I strive to provide personalized, compassionate care focused on your goals, growth, and well-being. Together, we can work toward clarity, balance, and improved emotional health at a pace that feels right for you.

"I approach every client with compassion and cultural humility, drawing on my PMHNP training to create a safe, collaborative space where healing and growth feel possible."
Get to know Irine
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I chose to become a PMHNP because I have a deep commitment to supporting individuals through some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives, and I wanted to combine my nursing foundation with advanced skills to diagnose, treat, and guide clients toward meaningful healing. Over time, I saw how often mental health needs go unmet, and I felt called to step into a role where I could provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers people to understand their symptoms, regain control, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
What types of clients do you work best with?
Clients with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar, PTSD, Insomnia, OCD.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
One thing I wish all clients knew is that healing isn’t about being perfect — it’s about showing up, even on the hard days, and allowing small, consistent steps to create meaningful change over time.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where I get to know your concerns and goals. Early on, we’ll work together to create a clear, personalized plan so you feel supported and know what to expect moving forward.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I tailor therapy by carefully assessing each client’s symptoms, history, strengths, and goals, then using evidence-based treatments that match their specific needs. I adjust the pace, techniques, and level of support based on how they respond, ensuring their care remains personalized, flexible, and aligned with their progress.
