I am a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of healthcare experience. For the past 2 years, I have provided mental health care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and substance use. I am passionate about helping individuals face mental health challenges and take meaningful steps toward a happier, more balanced, and fulfilling life.
I earned my Master's in Nursing from Clemson University. I am dedicated to fostering a safe, collaborative environment where individuals can build resilience, explore challenges, and move toward greater well-being.
I believe seeking help takes courage, and I strive to meet every client with compassion, respect, and understanding. My goal is to create a supportive space where healing feels possible and where each person is empowered to take the next step toward a healthier, more balanced life.

I chose Thriveworks because I value providing compassionate, personalized care in a supportive, accessible environment where clients can grow and heal.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and judgment-free environment where the focus is on getting to know them as a whole person. The session typically includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, where we explore current concerns, past medical and mental health history, lifestyle factors, and goals for treatment. This is also a chance for clients to ask questions, share what has or hasn’t worked for them in the past, and discuss what they hope to achieve through care. Together, we’ll begin building a personalized treatment plan that may include therapy, medication management, or a combination of approaches. Most importantly, clients can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space to share your story. We’ll review your concerns, discuss your goals, and begin exploring strategies and tools to support your mental health and overall well-being.
What should clients know about you before scheduling a first session?
Before scheduling a session, clients should know that I value honesty and open communication. I’m dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and working collaboratively with you to achieve your mental health goals.
