She is especially passionate about supporting individuals from underserved communities and those who may be accessing mental health care for the first time, helping them feel empowered and supported in their journey.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew?

One thing she wishes all clients knew is that seeking help for mental health is a sign of strength, not weakness. Her goal is to educate and raise awareness about mental health within her community, working to reduce the stigma that often prevents individuals from seeking the care they need and deserve.

She takes time to listen, understand, and explain her approach, helping clients feel comfortable as they begin building a trusting, collaborative relationship focused on their care.

Outside of her professional role, she is deeply family-oriented and finds joy in spending quality time with her loved ones, which keeps her grounded and fuels her passion for helping others.
