About Courtney
My name is Courtney Comstock. As a nurse, I worked in the ER for 8 years. I graduated with my Family Nurse Practitioner certification in 2020; however, I started working in the mental health field, as this was my passion. I went back to school and completed my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner postgraduate certification in 2022. I have worked in outpatient mental health, nursing home facilities, and inpatient mental health and substance use treatment. I typically see patients with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, and substance use.
I take a judgment-free approach to help my clients make progress with their mental health. I strive to make clients feel as comfortable as possible, and I utilize shared decision-making to create the most client-centered care possible.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or like no one truly understands what you're carrying, I want you to know that you are not alone. My hope is that from the moment we meet, you will feel seen, heard, and accepted as who you are. Together, we will create a plan toward healing that will help you rediscover hope.

"As someone who has experienced personal trauma and loss, I have the understanding how someone can be impacted by life circumstances. I strive to help others improve their wellbeing and reach their goals. "
