Get to know Celeste

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

I have worked in the mental health field for 15+ years and I have been able to walk along side people from all socioeconomic, cultural and financial backgrounds, all having similar mental health struggles. I am honored to help each of my patients during their journeys.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew?

If you are willing to put in the work, change will come

What can clients expect in their first session with you?

To share as much of their story and life journey, as they feel comfortable with telling

What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?

Understand their story and attempt to help

What should clients know about you before scheduling a first session?

I don't believe everyone needs to be on medication, but sometimes, meds can help the therapy or life process to go a little smoother, especially when rough times arrive.

What do you do for fun/on your time off?

Love being outside, swimming, spending time with family and my dogs.
