Celeste Mendez is an accomplished, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Nurse Practitioner with a diverse skill set involving therapy, medication management, Christian counseling, marriage counseling, and expertise in a range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and various mood disorders. Beyond being a healthcare provider, Celeste is a loving mother of two children and finds immense joy in her faith, being actively involved in her church and community. Her spiritual beliefs serve as a foundation for her compassionate care and understanding of the human experience.

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I have worked in the mental health field for 15+ years and I have been able to walk along side people from all socioeconomic, cultural and financial backgrounds, all having similar mental health struggles. I am honored to help each of my patients during their journeys.

What should clients know about you before scheduling a first session?
I don't believe everyone needs to be on medication, but sometimes, meds can help the therapy or life process to go a little smoother, especially when rough times arrive.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
Love being outside, swimming, spending time with family and my dogs.
