About Caroline

I’m a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in integrative medicine, substance use treatment, and mental health care. My experience working with individuals across a wide range of mental health concerns has shaped a trauma-informed, collaborative approach to care.

I utilize an evidence-based approach that integrates psychiatric medication management with supportive therapy, focusing on symptom reduction, improved functioning, and the development of effective coping strategies aligned with your treatment goals, while fostering a supportive and collaborative care environment.

Starting care can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. When you’re ready, I invite you to take the next step toward feeling more like yourself again.

Get to know Caroline

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

I chose to become a psychiatric provider because I wanted to take a more active role in patient care and help individuals create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

What types of clients do you work best with?

I work especially well with individuals who may feel hesitant or unsure about seeking mental health care and are looking for a safe, nonjudgmental space to begin their journey.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

Healing takes time, and when therapy and medication work together, they can support meaningful change and help you gain the clarity and freedom to move forward.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

In our first session, we’ll review your current concerns and background to better understand your needs. In the early stages, we focus on identifying meaningful goals and creating a clear, personalized plan to guide your care.

What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?

My practice is guided by compassion, respect, and a commitment to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered in their care.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

I tailor care by taking time to understand each client’s unique history, goals, and preferences, and then adapting my approach using a combination of evidencebased strategies, medication management, and supportive therapy.
