I am a doctoral-prepared, dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 12 years of experience providing compassionate, whole-person care. I work with Adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood concerns, life transitions, and challenges with sleep or stress. My goal is to help each Client feel heard, understood, and supported while developing a treatment plan that fits their needs and goals.
I use a collaborative, evidence-based approach that combines thoughtful psychiatric evaluation, medication management when appropriate, and supportive psychotherapy. Clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where we identify practical steps toward improved mood, coping, clarity, and daily functioning.
You do not have to navigate difficult seasons alone. If you are ready for support that is compassionate, respectful, and centered on your goals, I invite you to schedule an appointment and begin taking the next step toward feeling more like yourself.

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I became a psychiatric provider because I wanted to create a space where People feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work especially well with Adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, life transitions, and sleep concerns.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Seeking help is a strength, and healing does not have to happen all at once.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
Clients can expect a welcoming, respectful conversation focused on understanding their concerns, history, strengths, goals, and what support feels most helpful. Early visits center on building trust and creating a clear, personalized treatment plan.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My practice is grounded in compassion, faith, humility, respect, and the belief that every Person deserves to be heard and treated with dignity.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I listen carefully to each Client’s experiences, preferences, culture, symptoms, strengths, and goals. Together, we choose practical, evidence-based strategies and adjust the plan as needs change.
