About Zakiyyah

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health and family nurse practitioner who treats clients across the lifespan with various mental health and behavioral issues. I treat mood and addiction medicine disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, schizophrenia, psychotic disorders, anxiety, panic disorder, and sleep disturbance. I am dedicated to wellness and functional medicine, and I treat each client with respect and dignity. I use an evidence-based, culturally sensitive, integrative therapeutic alliance, and I listen effectively to create personalized care plans that address each client's needs.

I am committed to what I do and want to see everyone at their best, wishing them wellness.

My goal is to prescribe the least effective regimen that has you feeling your best.
