About Stephanie
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience treating individuals across the lifespan. I have worked in outpatient settings and partial hospitalization programs, specializing in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, attention deficit disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, insomnia, and psychotic disorders. I provide initial assessments, diagnosis, and medication management while focusing on delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
I earned my Master’s in Nursing from Walden University. I possess strong clinical skills in psychopharmacology and follow evidence-based guidelines, combining them with clinical expertise. Building trusting relationships with clients and families is central to my practice, and I work to ensure care that promotes stability and well-being.
I became a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner because I am passionate about helping people feel their best. I enjoy collaborating with my patients to find the right solutions for their mental health so they can live as their best selves. If you are ready to begin your mental health journey, I invite you to book an appointment today.

"Having a mental illness can be debilitating, and caring for you and your emotional well-being is my number one priority."
