About Kira
I am a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care across the lifespan. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across a variety of healthcare settings. I have experience treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, PTSD, grief and loss, mood disorders, ADHD, and other behavioral health concerns. I understand that these conditions can affect every aspect of a person's life—from relationships and work performance to self-esteem, motivation, and overall well-being.
My approach to care is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we work to identify obstacles, build effective coping strategies, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and values.
I believe that healing is possible, growth is achievable, and every client deserves compassionate care tailored to their unique journey. I look forward to partnering with you as you take the next steps toward wellness and fulfillment.

"My personal experience with trauma has deepened my empathy and understanding, allowing me to connect with patients in a more compassionate and meaningful way throughout their mental health journey."
