About Christopher
I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 16 years of experience in the medical field. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals of all ages navigating life’s many transitions. My passion lies in helping people find balance, healing, and renewed confidence. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, OCD, sleep difficulties, anger management, and related concerns. My goal is to create a compassionate, judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered on your journey toward better mental health.
I earned my master’s in nursing from DeSales University. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I combine traditional psychiatric care with integrative therapies that address the whole person. Together, we identify root causes and develop sustainable tools for emotional balance and lasting wellness.
If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or mood-related challenges, please know you don’t have to face them alone. Reaching out for help is a powerful first step toward healing and peace. Together, we’ll build a personalized plan that supports your emotional well-being and helps you move toward the life you deserve.

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I pursued the role of a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) driven by a deep commitment to advancing mental health equity and expanding access to high-quality, compassionate care. Throughout my nursing career, I recognized how healthcare disparities impede access to necessary mental health support, particularly within underserved and marginalized communities. This insight motivated me to pursue advanced practice, enabling me to directly address these systemic gaps by providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to those with limited access.
My clinical approach is integrative, intentionally combining traditional psychiatric interventions with a holistic, whole-person care model. This methodology systematically addresses the critical biological, psychological, social, and lifestyle factors that influence overall mental well-being. I am dedicated to providing personalized and respectful treatment that honors each individual's unique narrative and inherent strengths. As a PMHNP, I leverage clinical expertise alongside empathy, advocacy, and innovation to guide clients toward healing and sustainable wellness.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I welcome clients of all genders, races, and backgrounds, and I am here to help everyone live their fullest, healthiest life. I work best with individuals who are ready to explore their challenges in a supportive, collaborative environment and are open to a personalized, holistic approach. Together, we focus on understanding your unique needs and building practical tools that foster resilience, balance, and lasting emotional well-being.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
One thing I wish all clients knew is that healing is a process, not a quick fix. Mental health challenges are complex, and progress often comes in small, steady steps. With the right support, personalized care, and practical strategies, lasting improvement and resilience are achievable.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In your first session, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to discuss your challenges, goals, and history so we can start building a personalized plan together. In the early stages, we focus on understanding the root causes of your symptoms and exploring practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered on your path to wellness.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
My commitment is to tailor treatment to your unique needs, beginning with a comprehensive assessment of your symptoms, personal history, lifestyle, and therapeutic goals. Collaboratively, we develop a personalized treatment plan that integrates evidence-based psychiatric care with holistic strategies, including mind management techniques, nutritional/herbal supplementation, and behavior modification. Your treatment plan is dynamic and evolves based on ongoing progress monitoring, ensuring your care remains optimally aligned with your current needs and supports sustainable mental wellness.
