About Ujaranne
I am a doctoral prepared, dual certified (Family and Psychiatric) Nurse practitioner with 14 years of experience both in the clinical setting and academia. I provide a safe space for my patients due to the sensitivity and vulnerability of each diverse patient. My treatment approach is first and foremost a collaborative patient centered, incorporating a holistic, culturally diverse and sensitive approach.
Your first session will be a psychiatric evaluation which can last between 60- 90 minutes. During this time, we will review your intake and health history, before formulating a treatment plan, including medication if needed, based on the diagnosis. This will be a collaborative process between the patient and provider.
I am very intentional with each patient. I treat everyone with respect and strive to listen attentively to each patient. My treatment plans are individualized. I make sure that each patient knows that this is their journey, and I am here to support and walk through it with them.

"I am very intentional with each patient. "
