About Kendra

Hi, I'm Kendra, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 18 years of nursing experience, including more than 8 years dedicated to psychiatric and behavioral health care. Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds across a variety of clinical settings. I have experience treating most mental health diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, psychosis, and other behavioral challenges. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about the next step in their mental health journey.

My goal is to help you gain clarity, develop practical coping strategies, and find a treatment plan that fits your needs and goals. Whether that includes medication management, education, or therapy, I believe in working together as partners. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free environment where you feel heard and empowered in your care.

Healing looks different for everyone, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as you move toward greater balance, resilience, and wellness.

"Mental health to me is personal, and I believe no one should have to navigate it alone. Having experienced my own seasons of stress, anxiety, and life’s challenges, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to ask for help. Those experiences have shaped me into a provider who leads with compassion, empathy, and understanding. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, I am here to help you navigate through any difficult time you may be having! "
