I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 10 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient mental health care. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and substance use challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, focusing on individualized, evidence-based care that empowers clients to build resilience and improve their overall well-being.
My approach combines compassionate, patient-centered care with evidence-based treatment tailored to each individual. I provide a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard and respected while developing healthy coping strategies, improving emotional wellness, and working toward meaningful, lasting change.
Taking the first step toward better mental health can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. You deserve to feel heard, supported, and understood. I invite you to schedule an appointment so we can work together toward healing, growth, and a healthier, more fulfilling life.

"I believe in meeting every person with compassion and without judgment, creating a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered."
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Healing and growth take time, and every small step forward matters. You deserve compassion, patience, and support throughout your journey, and asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we get to know each other, discuss your concerns, and explore your goals. We’ll review your history, identify your needs, and begin developing a personalized treatment plan together. My priority is to help you feel heard and supported as you take the first steps toward healing and wellness.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My practice is guided by compassion, empathy, and the belief that every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and understood. I value meeting each individual without judgment, recognizing their strengths, and supporting them as they navigate challenges and work toward meaningful growth.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I believe every person’s journey is unique, so I tailor care to each client’s experiences, needs, and goals. Through a collaborative, compassionate approach and evidence-based treatment, we work together to develop a personalized plan that fosters self-acceptance, self-awareness, and personal growth.
