I have experience treating diverse populations across the lifespan, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, managing conditions including anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, phobias, mood disorders, and panic disorder.
I'm dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive, patient-centered environment where patients feel heard and respected. I value building strong therapeutic relationships and collaborating with patients to support their mental health goals. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cooking.

"As a young child, I witnessed my mother battling with mental illness (psychosis). She was tormented day and night with this condition without any relief. I felt helpless and scared for my mother as I watched her fight to have some reality in her life. Finally, as I got older, I took her to an outpatient psychiatry clinic, even though she got some relief from antipsychotic medications. She only lived a few months afterwards. I knew then and I promised myself I will help individuals who have mental health conditions have a quality life."
