"As an individual, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to the therapeutic process. I understand the profound emotional, psychological, and relational effects that adversity can have on an individual's well-being. I believe that while trauma may shape our stories, it does not have to define our future. "

My journey has deepened my empathy and reinforced my belief in the human capacity for healing and resilience.
What types of clients do you work best with?
Adults, geriatrics, and Adolescents.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Therapy, mental health recovery is not linear process, resilence is key. I believe that healing is possible, recovery is achievable, and every person deserves the opportunity to live a balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling life.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
Active listening, collaborative and Holistic care. What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My practice as a psychiatric provider is grounded in the values of compassion, respect, integrity, and patientcentered care. I believe that every individual deserves to be seen and treated as a whole person—not defined by symptoms, diagnoses, or past experiences, but understood within the full context of their life story. I value collaboration and transparency. I strive to build trusting relationships where clients feel safe, heard, and actively involved in their care. I also value cultural humility and recognize the importance of honoring each person’s background, identity, and lived experience in the treatment process.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
Evidence-based interventions, compassionate support, and the development of practical coping and life skills. I tailor treatment by recognizing that no two individuals experience mental health concerns in the same way. I begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation that considers not only symptoms but also personal history, medical background, psychosocial factors, strengths, and treatment preferences. This allows me to develop a clear understanding of each client’s unique needs and goals.
