About Tricia
Hello! I'm Tricia. I am an ANCC certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Prior to becoming a PMHNP, I graduated from Bellarmine University in 1998 with a BSN. I worked as an RN in multiple roles including behavioral health, home health and as a case manager. As a PMHNP, I enjoy working with various age ranges from 14+. I have experience working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD or emotional dysregulation. They often feel frustrated, overwhelmed, exhausted or unable to focus. I offer thoughtful, individualized care to help you overcome your challenges and reach your goals.
I will work alongside you or your child to help you understand what is driving the challenges you face. Together we will work on skill building and medication management to help you reach your full potential and confidence to thrive.
I offer thoughtful, individualized care that combines deep understanding of how minds work with practical, useful strategies. If you or your child is struggling, you don't have to figure it out alone. I genuinely love what I do and bring warmth and curiosity to every session.

"As a woman who has faced and overcome my own personal struggles, I have a genuine understanding of how difficult and overwhelming some challenges can seem."

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
During their first session with me they can expect to discuss their medical and mental health history. We also talk about previous medication trials, discuss their concerns and goals.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
I respect all individuals and feel it's important for each person to value themselves. It took me several decades to learn to accept to accept myself. I hope to help others learn to do this too.
