Out-of-pocket session costs for clients who don’t have insurance or aren’t covered by their insurance for mental health services.
I provide mental health care for children, adults, and the elderly struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, attention deficit, and other psychiatric concerns. My approach is warm, patient-centered, and focused on helping you achieve your personal goals.
I combine medications, therapy, or both to create a detailed treatment plan tailored to your needs. My focus is helping you reduce stress and depression while developing mindfulness and drive for personal growth in all areas of your life.
I create a safe, open space where you can share freely. I'm dedicated to changing how people see mental illness and advocating for those who struggle in silence. Expect patience, understanding, and a collaborative partnership in your care.

"I pull up a chair beside you rather than look down from above, believing that healing happens best when we untangle life's heavy knots together at your own pace."
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I have been treating patients across the lifespan with mental illnesses since 2010. I’ve worked at Duke Hospital, and then Sunrise, Emergency Department as a Registered Nurse, where I became familiar with all ages, including the elderly.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work with children, teens, adults, and the elderly facing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, attention deficit, and other psychiatric challenges. I especially enjoy working with young people as their first provider and with older adults seeking meaningful life improvements.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Progress is often quiet. Real growth frequently looks like setting a single boundary, saying "no" without quilt, crying instead of numbing out, or resting without having to explain yourself.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
We'll get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We'll explore your goals and begin creating a treatment plan tailored to your needs. This is a safe space where you can share openly, and together we'll map out the path forward.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
My goal is to help you develop mindfulness and drive for personal growth in all areas of your life. Through a detailed treatment plan, I'll help you reduce stress and depression while achieving your personal goals.
