I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with experience helping individuals navigate a wide range of mental health challenges. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and other psychiatric concerns. Many of my clients want to better understand themselves and feel more confident in their daily lives. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and integrative, combining evidence-based psychiatric care with a whole-person perspective that considers physical health and lifestyle.
My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric treatment with integrative, whole-person care. I look beyond symptoms to explore how genetics, physical health, nutrition, and lifestyle may influence mental well-being. I specialize in individualized medication management, emphasizing thoughtful prescribing and pharmacogenetic testing when appropriate.
Taking the first step toward better mental health can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard and supported without judgment. Whether you’re facing new challenges or have been searching for answers for years, I’m here to help you find a path forward. I invite you to schedule an appointment.

"I believe mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative, and personalized, combining my experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner with an integrative, whole-person approach that helps clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to thrive."
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I became a psychiatric provider because I’m passionate about understanding people and helping them improve their quality of life. I believe compassionate, individualized care can make a meaningful difference, and I find it rewarding to help people feel heard, find balance, and thrive.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with clients who value a collaborative, personalized approach and want to better understand their mental health while exploring treatment options that support lasting wellbeing.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I wish everyone knew that mental health challenges don’t define who they are, and that meaningful change is possible with the right support, understanding, and individualized care.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you, understand your concerns, and explore your goals. Together, we’ll discuss your history, treatment options, and develop a personalized plan that supports your mental health and overall wellbeing.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My practice is guided by compassion, curiosity, and a belief that every person deserves to feel heard and understood.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I take a personalized, collaborative approach, considering each client’s symptoms, goals, lifestyle, and overall health. Together, we develop a treatment plan that reflects their unique needs, preferences, and values.
