I’m Bobby Limbu, MSN, PMHNP-BC, a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to expanding healthcare access for underserved populations without stigma. Over a decade-long career, I’ve developed deep clinical competencies in crisis management and medication management. I’ve also served as an international harm reduction specialist with organizations like the UNODC, building community health capacity across South and East Asia, including HIV/AIDS harm reduction programs. I have expertise managing medications for adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations across clinical, community, and correctional environments.
I believe you are the expert on your own life. Together, we will actively collaborate to identify your personal health goals, address functional barriers, and develop a customized treatment plan that integrates precise medication management and supportive therapy.
My ultimate goal is not just to manage symptoms, but to empower you with the practical tools and clinical support needed to thrive in your daily routine, relationships, and personal aspirations.

"As a mental health professional with a global background in public health and harm reduction, I am committed to providing inclusive, stigma-free care to marginalized communities. My experiences have taught me that healing begins with radical empathy, cultural humility, and meeting every individual exactly where they are on their wellness journey."
