About Kenneth
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of experience in the healthcare field. I specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions for individuals across the lifespan — from children as young as age 8 through older adults age 65 and beyond.
I take a holistic, patient-centered approach, integrating medication management with psychotherapy to address the whole person — not just the diagnosis. Every individual faces unique challenges and has their own journey toward health and well-being. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to take an active role in their recovery.
With a passion for mental health and a commitment to fostering recovery and well-being, I strive to create a supportive environment that empowers my clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

I chose to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner because I am passionate about mental health and helping individuals navigate their challenges, fostering recovery and well-being.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with clients who are motivated to engage in their healing process and are open to collaboration, as this leads to more effective outcomes.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I wish all clients knew that healing is a journey; it's normal to face setbacks, and progress can take time, but with patience and effort, meaningful change is possible.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In the first session, clients can expect an initial assessment, discussing their history, current concerns, and goals, creating a safe space to share and understand their needs.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
I believe in treating not just the symptoms of mental illness but also addressing physical health, social factors, and emotional wellness. This value encourages a comprehensive treatment approach that seeks to restore overall balance in a person's life.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I tailor therapy by considering each client's personal history, cultural background, preferences, and treatment goals, employing evidencebased approaches that resonate with their individual circumstances.
