Sarah Robeson is a Supervisee in Social Work with 5 years of experience working with people in various crisis settings and private practice. She supports individuals ages 6 and up who have a myriad of challenges including anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, life transitions, stress, and behavioral issues.
Sarah received her Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Sarah works through a trauma-informed and strengths-based lens utilizing approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and humanistic therapy.
Through a person-centered approach, Sarah offers treatment tailored to your identity and experiences. Whatever you're going through, she aims to provide a safe space to show up to therapy and be yourself, even if you're still figuring it all out. She looks forward to helping guide you on your journey.
