Sarah earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Radford University. With a degree in the arts, Sarah finds unique ways to incorporate art into counseling. Sarah utilizes an eclectic blend of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, biblio-therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, gestalt, and solution-focused therapy.
