Sometimes it's hard to navigate what life has put in our paths and it is scary to feel like we're doing it alone. Holding the lamp to light the way, Claire encourages clients to sort through the choices ahead of them in a safe space. It can be hard to ask for help, but it can also be the first step down the path that leads to growth and change.
