About Provider

About Carlos

Carlos is an experienced LCSW who takes a person-centered approach in his work, viewing it as a privilege to partner with you in discovering solutions to the challenges you’ll face together. He leverages his knowledge and 10 years of experience to create unique plans with his clients to help them achieve their goals. His ideal client wants to grow and face life’s challenges, knowing things can get better. Having someone who is ready and motivated to welcome change in their life is what he aims to cultivate with his clients.

Carlos’ passion for helping people led him to earn his Masters of Arts Degree in Social Work at Baylor University and ultimately led his career into social work. With extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, he employs various therapeutic modalities to develop the most effective approach for each individual he sees. Additionally, his specialized training in EMDR enables him to support clients through traumatic life events.

Carlos strives to guide people to their path to healing. He welcomes questions and those who aren’t quite sure where to start as they begin their therapeutic journey. He would love the opportunity to get to know you and your story to see if he is a good fit to help you find the change you are looking for.

Note: Any clients under the age of 18 I will only see in office, no virtual appointments please
