About Jessica
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider qualification (LPC-MHSP) with 7 years of experience. I'm passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and families with young children address challenges to live a better and more meaningful life. I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, addiction, behavioral issues in children, and major life changes. I completed my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Milligan University. My personal mental health experiences coupled with my education and professional experience enable me to give clients the support they seek.
I utilize multiple treatment approaches based on the client's individual needs, including mindfulness/grounding techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
Reaching out for help can be very intimidating, so I commend you for your courage in taking this step! I provide a compassionate, empathetic, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to walk alongside clients as they work toward meeting their goals. If you're ready to begin this journey, schedule with me today.

"As an individual who has experienced anxiety and depression, I understand the value of having support to help you navigate through these issues. I would love to be that support for you and walk alongside you as you become the best version of yourself!"
