Lynn Falk is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 2 years of experience. She is passionate about helping children, teens, and adults cope with big emotions, life stresses and transitions, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, disordered eating, body image issues, questions of identity, and trauma. Lynn also enjoys helping couples and families work through conflict and relationship issues. Lynn has a background as a teaching artist and creative arts therapist, and is board-certified as a dance and movement therapist.
Lynn completed her Master of Arts in Counseling and Dance/Movement Therapy at Drexel University. She uses uses person-centered, strengths-based, mindfulness, and embodied approaches to therapy. Lynn brings creativity and play into the therapeutic process if that is of interest to her clients.
She views therapy as a collaborative journey based on a safe and trusting relationship. Whether a client is looking for short-term solutions and coping skills or long-term support, Lynn will listen and engage with empathy, respect, cultural sensitivity, and humility to help clients progress toward their goals.
