About Jennifer
Jennifer Achille is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania with over 10 years of experience in supporting adolescents, adults, and families with anxiety, depression, life stressors, and women’s issues. Jennifer completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Millersville University and received her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Arcadia University.
Jennifer uses an eclectic approach to support her clients in recognizing their own strengths as they navigate their journey in working towards their personal goals. Jennifer utilizes a collaborative, cognitive behavioral (CBT), mindfulness-based, and solutions-focused approach in working with her clients while being open to creatives ways to best support the individuals she works with.
Jennifer seeks to establish a warm and safe atmosphere for you to identify and work towards your personal goals. Jennifer will work with you to motivate and support you in being your best self as you work towards the meaningful life you want to lead.

Why did you decide to become a counselor?
I love being able to support others and create a safe space to talk freely.
What types of clients do you work with best?
I love working with motivated clients who are willing to put in the effort in and outside of sessions.
What’s one thing you wish all clients knew?
Therapy can be uncomfortable and is a process of gaining comfort and forming a trusting relationship.

What inspires you?
I'm inspired by the desire to change and learn.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
We'll take time to create understanding of the therapy process and begin to talk about your past and goals for therapy.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
I like to make sure clients understand consent and confidentiality, and begin to talk about the things that shape the individual and bring them to therapy.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
I love to cook and watch people cook! I'm a mom and I love to be outside with my family.
