Angela Natale is a Mental Health Counselor with 3 years of experience whose focus is to help adult clients cope with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic stress, life transitions, anger management, and more.
Angela understands the uniqueness of every person and tailors her skills to assist each client differently. Through the use of DBT, Angela hopes to help clients understand and accept the reality of their lives and behaviors, as well as help them learn to change unhelpful behaviors.

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
Becoming a counselor was always a dream of mine. I enjoy helping other to reach their highest potential and gain overall wellness.
What types of clients do you work with best?
I work best with clients who are open to the process of counseling and those who strive for change.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
I understand the uniqueness of every individual and am excited to work with all of them individually.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
To celebrate their success, even when that success seems small.

I chose to work with Thriveworks to gain more experience with a diverse population.
What inspires you?
Looking at how far we have come when it come to mental health and the importance that is placed on mental health in today's society.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
Building rapport, getting to know each other, and goal setting.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
I hope to get to know my client and begin to set goals for treatment.
What should clients know about you before scheduling a first session?
I am very laid back in my counseling approach and offer some control to my clients to lead sessions.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
I enjoy spending time with friends and family as well as reading.
What's one thing about you that defines you (non-professional)?
My caring nature, I deeply care for those in my life and enjoy spending time with them at any chance.
