I wanted to understand the minds of others and support them on their journey.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
In order to get the most out of therapy you have to be present, consistent, and willing to get a little uncomfortable to accept and receive positive change.

I try to incorporate fun and energy into my sessions. I want you to feel comfortable and safe.

I like to read manga, play tennis, find good restaurants, and play with my two cats.
