About Lisa
I am Lisa Thorpe with more than 10 years' experience working with individuals experiencing mental health and substance use/abuse concerns. I have worked with various populations from childhood to elderly, experiencing concerns that include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, emotional dysregulation, bipolar disorder, suicidal ideation, relationship/family concerns, and adjustment disorders. I also utilize a trauma-informed lens and cultural sensitivity, as clients come from many different walks of life and have had diverse experiences.
I seek to empower, inspire, and instill hope into those I serve. I utilize a person-centered approach seeking to create an atmosphere of empathy and acceptance, in which to guide clients toward self-discovery and autonomy. I am transparent and it is important to me that my clients feel seen and accepted.
I am looking forward to serving and partnering with you as you continue your journey through life seeking to address the concerns you are experiencing. I invite you to take the next step by scheduling an appointment.

"I am an empathetic and authentic person who seeks to Empower, Inspire and Instill Hope in Those who are experiencing Mental Health and Substance Use/Abuse concerns as well as life experiences."
