Adina Godette is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Therapist with 4 years of experience in the mental health field. Adina completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Adina experienced a severe traumatic incident when she was 19 years old, and therapy helped her to be able to resolve those triggers and get through that challenging period. Adina’s personal experience plus her training enables her to provide connection, guidance, and support to her clients. Adina utilizes multiple treatment approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, etc.
