What can clients expect in their first session with you?
In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment. We’ll start with an introduction and discuss their goals and concerns. Together, we will collaboratively identify both short-term and long-term objectives for our work. Additionally, I strive to provide initial support by offering insights or strategies to help them feel supported right away. Overall, my aim is to lay a strong foundation for our therapeutic relationship.
What should clients know about you before scheduling a first session?

I have relevant training and experience in my field, which informs my practice. Confidentiality is a top priority; I will explain how it applies to our sessions. Clients can expect a structured yet flexible format that allows space for their concerns and goals. I will provide information about my availability, session lengths, and any fees involved.
