I am inspired by music and dance.

What can clients expect in their first session with you?

In a first session with me, clients can expect to meet me and learn about my treatment style while we are completing paperwork and I am learning a bit about them.

What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?

In my first session with an individual it is my goal to accomplish required paperwork and really understand the person in front of me and what they are searching for.

What should clients know about you before scheduling a first counseling session?

I am a down to earth, straightforward person. I am the same person in a counseling session as I am outside of the office.

What do you do for fun/on your time off?

During my time off, I enjoy hanging out with my grandkids, taking dance classes and exercising.
