About Tiffany
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's transitions, whether it's adjusting to school, adulthood, managing anxiety, moving through motherhood, or figuring out who you are in a season of change. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who may be experiencing things like constant worry, low energy, irritability, difficulty focusing, or feeling stuck and unsure of themselves. I have a down-to-earth approach that helps clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps forward.
I earned my Master's in Clinical Psychology from Capella University. With experience as both a therapist and mother, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy and more to support adults, children, parents, and those feeling stuck in life transitions to move forward with confidence and compassion.
You don't need to have it all figured out, just a willingness to show up. I bring the calm and meet you where you are. When you're ready to take that first step, I'm ready to walk with you. Take that first step and book a session. I'm here to walk with you, not ahead of you.

"As a mother and woman of color, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate life transitions while trying to hold everything together."

Why did you decide to become a counselor?
I became a counselor because I’ve always believed in the power of being heard and seen especially during life’s hardest moments. I wanted to create that space for others where people can show up as they are, work through the messy parts of life, and feel empowered in their growth. Supporting others through life transitions, healing, and self-discovery is meaningful, purpose-driven work, and it’s a privilege I don’t take lightly.
What types of clients do you work with best?
I’m most excited to work with clients who are in the middle of figuring things out those navigating big life changes. especially enjoy supporting women of color who may be carrying a lot emotionally but haven’t had a space to process it. I love helping clients reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and feel less alone in whatever season they’re in.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
I wish all clients knew that they don’t have to wait until they’re completely overwhelmed to ask for help and that struggling doesn’t make them weak. Healing isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about giving yourself permission to be human.
Why did you choose to practice at Thriveworks?
I chose Thriveworks because of its commitment to making high-quality, accessible mental health care available to diverse communities. As a clinician, I value working in a space that prioritizes both client care and clinician support.
What inspires you?
I’m inspired by people’s resilience especially when they choose to care for themselves in the midst of stress, transition, or self-doubt. As a mom, my son inspires me daily to keep growing, healing, and showing up with intention.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
In the first counseling session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere where we have the chance to build a trusting relationship with me. The initial session typically focuses on introducing the counseling process and discussing the client's reasons for seeking help. Clients can share their concerns, challenges, and goals, and the counselor will actively listen, offering empathy and understanding.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
Things I love to do on my time off are reading, I love getting lost in a good book. I am currently reading “A Thousand Splendid Suns”. I also love spending time with family and friends and going for hikes!
What's one thing about you that defines you (non-professional)?
One defining aspect of who I am outside of my professional life is my insatiable curiosity and thirst for knowledge. Learning is an ongoing thing and I love learning especially about psychology and anything science!
