Seryna Muhammad-Wilkinson is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families with issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, infidelity, racial identity, grief, and parenting. She has spent time in nursing and counseling, holding roles including school counselor, adjunct faculty member, and associate professor. Seryna enjoys working with clients who want to improve themselves emotionally and mentally and desire the support of a trusted professional. With a counseling approach rooted in empathy and empowerment, she is always looking to continue her mental health education.
Seryna received her Master’s in School Counseling from Capella University. She uses modalities including Rogerian therapy, Alderian therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, culturally sensitive therapy, and compassion-focused therapy. Seryna also offers a faith-based lens for those interested.
