Stephanie Waggoner is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been in practice for over 7 years. She has worked in adult inpatient hospitals, community mental health centers, and public schools. A clinician of versatility, she has worked with all age groups, from kindergartners to retirees, to treat a plethora of mental health concerns, such as but not limited to depression, anxiety, life changes, interpersonal issues, behavioral disorders, and acute/chronic trauma.
Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. In her work, she utilizes psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and behavior modification strategies focusing on identifying triggers, obtaining new coping skills, and improving interactions with others.
