Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

Working on my own mental health and creating expressive artwork has helped me discover sources of healing and inner strength. As a result, I bring a deep sense of respect and insight into my work

What types of clients do you work with best?

I work with those experiencing low self-esteem and frustration related to depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

What type of clients are you most excited to work with?

I particularly enjoy working with young adults ages 18-25 who are part of the LGBTQ+ community.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew?

You have the opportunity to change your life using therapy as a guide. The direction of your therapy is up to you.

I assist clients to set their own mental health goals, making certain that they are on board with the direction of the therapy.

My focus is on adults. I am not accepting children or adolescents at this time.
