Why did you decide to become a counselor?
It has always been my passion to help others by really listening and empathizing with their struggles in their lives.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
I work best with patients who are motivated for change and developing skills to increase their resilience in their life's journey.

One thing I wish my clients knew is how much I value being positive in life and seeing life as as an adventure.

What can clients expect in their first session with you?
Clients can expect to feel really listened to and heard. Everyone's struggles are real, no matter how large or small the struggles are.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
In the first session, I hope to really get to know the client and ask questions on what their goals in treatment are.

I really value compassion, empathy, and setting goals with my clients to offer a sense of hope.

I enjoy spending time with my family, self care (i.e. self care and meditation) and being in nature.
