About Precious
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 3 years of experience and over 25 years in healthcare. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and sleep disorders in adults and adolescents. I take a holistic, patient-centered approach that addresses the whole person, including mind, body, and lifestyle, while fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Walden University. My approach integrates evidence-based medication management with psychotherapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, along with mindfulness, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle support. I focus on collaborative care plans tailored to each individual’s goals and life circumstances.
If you are feeling overwhelmed or struggling to find balance, you do not have to navigate it alone. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we will work toward building resilience, restoring balance, and helping you move forward with confidence.

"The journey to balance and fulfillment begins with care that is rooted in compassion and guided by purpose."
